Use 1 serving of SoyPro® Protein Powder per portion of soup. Add SoyPro to any hearty soup like; minestrone, lentil, navy bean, cream of tomato, cream of spinach, potato soups, etc. Blend soup and SoyPro mixture in a blender until smooth. Strain out any unblended pieces to create a most delicious puree soup.
